This is something I would personally highly recommend for anyone with children or animals. The fact the there is a screen on the camera is amazing as you can speak to them and see what there doing. And for there comfort whether it be children or animal they can see you and feel like your there with them. The price is farely reasonable and not too overpriced.

Bought to enable video phone calls but just delivers feedback to the person phoning.Gone in the bin.Notably, at the time of writing I'm the only reviewer to actually have bought the item, not been sent a free one. This is an easy to setup 2 way camera system, that is easy to use and has a good image and sound quality. Inside the box you get the camera, mains plug and USB C cable, plus instructions. You will need to install the Im Cam software and register for that (a little annoying mind). Once installed, search for the camera and give it access to the wifi (only 2.4Ghz though) and that's it.Once connected you can either access and view the camera (ideal if you are looking after kids/pets/elderly and you just want to check up on them) or you can call the camera and have a conversation (again, handy if you are speaking to an elderly person). The camera has a clear image and video and the speaker on the back is very loud. The camera also features motion tracking and will follow the subject in the camera. You also can get notifications on your phone when motion is detected, handy to keep a check on the elderly.There is a Micro SD card slot on the bottom of the camera, so you can save direct to that if needed to save worrying about cloud storage. The camera needs to be lugged in to work as there is no internal battery, which is a shame as that would benefit the camera greatly and whilst I know the camera needs WiFi and therefore wont work without WiFi, it would be good to still be able to function in a power cut and could allow you to track people onto the SD card.Still, a very good and capable camera, with good features, good quality images and sound

I ordered this as it looked useful for keeping an eye on my dog when I am out. It is powered via a standard USB type wall plug and comes with a USB-C cable that is a little short, but useable. The instruction book prompts you to download an app to your phone called 'Im Cam' which then uses bluetooth to pair to the camera and connect it to wifi. It all works very well and once setup you can make calls to it to see your pet and even talk to them. There is a control in the app that allows you to control the camera and move the view around the room. And there are standard definition and high definition data streams. The only reason I can think of for this is to perhaps limit the mobile data that is used. For privacy and security reasons, I only have this camera powered on when I am away from home. Overall it's very useful and great value at 29.99.

Plugging in and turning on the camera, you connect it to your 2.4ghz wifi and link it to the the Im Cam app.You have the option for two way communications from the mobile if you need to talk to your pets to reassure them or perhaps dissuade them from wrecking the place. There is also a calling button on the front of the camera and your elderly relatives or family can press it to alert your mobile that there is a video call coming in. This is great for families where the grandparents may not be able to operate a mobile but can simply press a button.The camera can also be set up to alert you if motion is detected and its clever in that it can track and follow faces around the room. It even has night vision and is very sensitive.I'm still exploring lots of options in the app but I am very pleased with how comprehensive this system is and its already proving its worth.

This is a great security camera for the money. It's easy to set up and works perfectly. I have set mine on the window sill and it's looks out the window at my drive way. The pan and tilt feature is great and you can store multiple view points which the camera will move to at the touch of a button. The ability to speak remotely through the camera is both useful and fun! Great for keeping tabs on my dog whilst at work and the call-feature is excellent for my dog-walker letting me know that she has arrived. Happy customer!
