Q: how wide at widest point?

Q: How easy to adjust height?

the only height adjustment is on thebottom for the rollers and feet ,they have spring loadedv buttons you push and you advance it up or down to the next hole . tey could use a little bit more height if you are 6' or taller . my mom is about 5'6" and they just bairely go up enough .

Q: How can I a replacement for padded arm?

You can’t as far as I know. I tried to get the company send me a new section, twice, i bought a 2nd walker after the first one broke off. Then the second one started to break off and my neighbor fixed it (for now) with some brackets and some sort of auto grade glue. Sadly, there is nothing I can find that is comparable or better to take its place. I tried to video it.
