I was looking for a cute chalkboard sign for my boys to use for first day of school pictures. I looked everywhere and everything would've cost me $20+... a piece! I was worried about the quality after reading other reviews, but I'm very happy with it. And yes, as some reviewers mentioned, there was a smell, but it wasn't bad or strong... just different.I bought chalkboard markers for it, and it wrote perfectly and even erased well. Again, I only used these for first day of school pictures so I can't say much as to how durable they are or how they work for daily use. But for my purposes, which included some erasing for my errors, these little chalkboards were excellent! I'm hopeful I can reuse them for next year's photos or maybe another occasion.

They look fantastic! Just what we ordered. It's a great size, can be hung on the wall, laid flat, or used with a stand. You could also attach ribbon and hang it on the wall. It's really versatile. I used this as a engagement photo prop, nothing too fancy since it was just something for them to hold and still look neat.Now I use it as a decoration piece and wrote, "But First, Coffee" on it, and hangs above my antique desk. I'm looking forward to using it again soon and many times in the future. I'm happy with it and I would recommend...it looks great and it really comes in handy sometimes.

These chalkboards were packaged very nicely and were not damaged in transport. They look very cute and rustic and were perfect for our wedding. My only complaint is these aren't actually chalkboards. You can write on them with chalk, but you can't wipe the chalk away with a typical eraser. I found using a damp paper towel to wash and try them worked the best. The chalk also doesn't glide nicely down them as it would on an actual chalkboard. It's almost as if the 'chalkboards' are textured.

Hi, I absolutely love those rusitc kitchen chalkboards. I have used them for my kitchen. The package came with 3 packs of lovely countryside chalkboards and a towel. We use them as kitchen menu, very useful. In a word, I am very satisfied with this shopping. PS: The free gift- towel is very useful!!!! The previous review said chalk it does not wipe away, but I'd like to say just use the damp fabric to wipe very clean.They are not suitable for the liquid chalk, only suitable for traditional chalk. Anyway, those chalkboard are truly rustic and very charming. If you like rustic decor, I would recommend them...

Pretty much what you would expect. It was what I was looking for and am happy with the product. Just a quick side note...the chalk board part you write on isn't really real chalk board. It's a plastic of some sort, that you can write on with chalk, but I'm noticing if you use the chalk pens on it...and don't wash it off immediately or same day...it tends to leave remains on there permanently.

I looked around on the Internet for something just like this that was a bit rustic looking at about the same size and ran into products at cost $80 or more per chalkboard. These guys gave you three chalkboards for like $25. I only need two for signage for a few produce bins I made to sell my oranges and avocados but will certainly find use for the third one.Quit wasting your precious time and reading these reviews and order one!

I would of give this product 5 stars if the 3rd order I got wasn’t horribly made. My first two orders were fine but the 3rd has extra glue or something coming out of the frame on the inside. I really needed these to complete my order due on SATURDAY and it’s Thursday and I get them like this. Disappointed ! I add pictures of a order where you can see the glue and another order where they look fine! Both were ordered at the same time !
