Quality printer!
Best purchase I've made for my business! No more using expiration stickers! Not sure where other reviewers had issues with the directions. Once you get use to the layout it's very easy to use and maintain a uniform print. Only disadvantage is having to take the ink cartridge out when not using often. Overall very satisfied!!!!

Stopped working after about 45 min.
Worked for about 45 min before problems started. Now only part of the ink printing works. Unusable despite multiple attempts to fix with settings and cleaning.

Customer service
First of all, I have used this machine for two months, the machine is compact and easy to use.. just be careful to retrieve the cartridge once you’re done printing. The size of the l touchscreen Is amazing, and the interface is so friendly and easy to relate with.Love the fact that you can import Images from you PC or just add cute fonts directly from your laptop.Also If you have any issue be assure they have the best customer service and will work with you to solve any issue .I really Recommend this mini inkjet for quality and the best customer service

The media could not be loaded. Hasta los momentos sirve muy bien tengo buenas impresiones, del producto se ve de buena calidad y ya vine con una pequeña carga solo falta probarlo por más tiempo a ver como se desempeña pero hasta ahora muy bien

No funciona el tactil
Me gustó más que todo la atención pos venta, responden a tus dudas y te guían en el proceso.Aún no logro manejar la máquina sobre superficies irregulares, pero en lo plano funciona muy bien.

Lots of Uses
This is such a useful printer, it doesn't use paper you print directly on the surface of what you want a label on. It will even print on curved surfaces like a bottle or on a flat surface like the back of a box or even a plastic sign. I'm using it to print out barcodes on my household items to keep an inventory. Being able to print on just about anything makes this so incredibly useful.I also love that I can hook this up to my laptop and upload logos and images. It's such a useful, fun way to personalize my labels.The instructions are very clear and the menus are very easy to use leading you to each section in the printing process.
