Great product. Works as expected. Frequently our local stores are out of stock with distilled water which is a necessity in our household. Clean up is relatively easy. I use vinegar and water to clean the mineral deposits after each use instead of the cleaning agent that was provided. Would buy this appliance again when necessary.

We have two cpap machines in use every night that take distilled water. Finding distilled water in the grocery store is becoming more and more difficult and the cost keeps increasing. I use the distiller to make one gallon a week. It is working great. The fan is a little loud and it heats up the room it is in and it takes about 3 hours; but it is much better than driving from store to store to find it.

I’ve had my distiller now for a month. I’ve used it every day to distill at least 2 gallons of water. It’s easy to use and the water where I live is terrible as evidenced by the remains inside the distiller once it’s gone through the process. I use a Brillo pad to scour out, what I can’t wipe out after each cycle of distillation . I’ve had no problem with anything leaking and it’s wonderful me from carrying in gallons of water that I have to buy. So it’s cost-effective.

I picked this product because all the distillers look exactly the same and work the same way, just have a different sticker on the lid and different prices. This one is higher priced than some I saw on here, So I picked it. Thinking that it would be better quality- hence higher price. WRONG. This Item immediately had bent fan blades inside the motor/lid, which grinded against everything else inside there making a God awful noise in the office and most likely breaking other parts inside. Upon turning off, the power button popped off. Held there with a spring only, we tried to fix this. But it doesn't start/engage now at all. I emailed the company asking for replacement, included my invoice and all details. I Have not heard back. Its been 5 months.... So I guess I have to buy another.... BUT WHICH ONE? They all look the same. UGH

I used my distiller all of the time! It even removes sediment left behind by Zero Water and much pricier water purifiers! I wish there there were larger capacity models because I use my purifier for both cooking and drinking.
