Amazing for Grooming
This steam comb and pet dryer is a game-changer! It dries my pet’s fur quickly while keeping it soft and shiny. The steam helps detangle gently without any pulling, and it’s much quieter than I expected. My pet actually stays calm during grooming now — highly recommend!

I don't know if this would work on dogs with heavy coat
The product is easy to however, the area when you adjust the speed doesn't want to stay at that speed, sometimes it shuts off and others higher or lower than you expected, The brush quality is good and its easy to clean, At first couple of weeks it worked good but like I stated before it doesnt always stay at that speed, It is small but blower or the heater part needs to have more power so it dries better, I have a shih-poo with short fine hair and takes awhile to dry

Loved it!
I loved several things about this product. It was much quieter than a standard dryer. It also doesn't get as hot so I can't burn my dogs. It dries my dogs very quickly. My only disappointment, I wish they made a longer cord. I love this product and will highly recommend.

It Does What It Says It Will
This item is supposed to come to you as follows: 1. Instructions. 2. The dryer with 3 attachment heads. The brush head, a small, flattened head and a small, more pointed nozzle type head. 3. It should also include a short usb cord for charging the brush head that you would put water in and push the button for the light mist that will spray onto your pet, should you opt for this. It should not come to you with water already in the brush head or missing any of the parts, i.e., used. I received mine in the latter category and had to call for a replacement. It was replaced, in new condition and with all the items I've mentioned. As for how it operates, I've noticed that some have said it's too bulky for cats or small dogs. I'm sure this is true in some cases but, for myself, I think it's perfect. I have a Turkish Van cat, with long hair, and she's pretty big and long. She loves the brush part of this dryer after a bath. I also have an older gent of a cat, who suffers from vertigo/vestibular disease. This is a reason I have to bathe him more often, as he isn't as easily able to groom himself and maintain good hygiene. I don't use the brush head on him, but do use the dryer. I'm able to sit with him, somewhat standing on his back paws, with his front paws over my left hand. This leaves my right hand free to use the dryer on low setting. He's more tolerant of the low setting than he would be, otherwise. The heat isn't too warm but it's perfect enough to keep from burning their skin, while getting them dry. Even though it SEEMS like there are 3, there are really only 2 settings: Low and High. The cord isn't really that long, so be sure to either dry your pet close to an outlet or use a small extension cord with it. All in all, it gets the job done. The product itself is worth it, if you're patient and not into scaring your animal half to death with high decibel noises.

I have zero grass
In my back yard and 2 Bull mastiffs, 6 months old. (Combined weight 147lbs) They track in dirt mud you name it! I keep the dryer and a bottle of dry or wet puppy shampoo next to the back door and meet them coming in! I have them both fresh in 3 or 4 minutes. They were a bit shy at first but warmed up to it when I pretend to use it. Super easy. My mud dust, and pet dander is down 90 %. Love it.

OK
Ok, but not really practical. Wind not powerful enough to dry quickly and the brush really only works well for shaved dogs.

Its ok for the price.
Cord is very short, i can barley reach the dogs on the grooming table when plugged into the walls extension cord by my feet. Im not a tall person barley 5ft on the mark. The air flows very weak but better than nothing, It is pretty quirt tho so ill give it that. Its a good buy for nervous pets that u can afford to take ur time with and for fluffing the hair and brushing out damp tangles easier. im a professional pet groomer 7 years now and i think this is an ok purchase just know ur not gonna dry any dogs with this, its more so for maybe dogs that arent good for their feet tail or ears. its gentle and helps.

The drying aspect takes a long time but I enjoy that I can use a deodorizer instead of water and brush and dry my dog at the same time. She ends up smelling amazing and she feels fluffy which is great for a dog with fur.

Our dog is a golden retriever, so you can imagine the amount of water his fur retains after a wash. We used high powered human hair dryers to dry him after a bath and they did not seem to go far down the fur. They were also very noisy, but luckily our dog does not mind loud noised such as hair dryers or vacuum cleaners (lightnings and fireworks are, of course, a totally different story). For brushing, we had some nice machines that had vacuum action and they were of great help, much more effective than this item; however, we did not use them when he was wet as sucking the moist air can kill the vacuum motor. So this was a great tool for us. It blew air (instead of the sucking action of the vacuum), so we did not worry about damaging the tool. Its bristles helped in having the air penetrate the fur much better than a much more powerful hair dryer. Its noise levels were quite low, if your pet does not like loud machines. It turned out to be a great helper. However, as I mentioned in the title, it is definitely not the greatest tool. First of all, it seems to be made of very cheap plastic. More importantly, it does not blow very strongly (probably that is why it does not make a lot of noise). It does not get very hot, but that might also be a good thing for your dog, so that you don't accidentally burn their skin. And there is a small problem with removing the hair too; while the brushes with a vacuum can suck the hair into their containers, keeping you home nice and clean, this is a device that blows air instead of sucking it, so while removing the hair from the brush is very easy, you have to be careful so that the machine does not blow the hair away before you can grab and remove them. Stopping the blower is also an option, but it is not very practical to do that each and every time (so often) that you remove the hair from the brush. Yes, it has other claims as "4-in-1", and water tank, and humidifying spray, etc., but I have not tried any of those as my main concern and use case was drying, so I cannot make any comments on the other functions. In fact, without the brush head, it seems to me as a rather useless device (unless your pet is really scared of high-noise devices) as the blower speed is very low compared to a human hair dryer. So, overall, it is not the best device, but it sure helps. It is made of cheap plastic parts, it does not blow strongly, it does not heat much, etc., etc., but it helps with drying and brushing at the same time after a bath. For regular times (not after a bath) I would recommend a more powerful device, especially those with vacuums that suck the brushed loose hair pieces in. But this one is quite good after a bath, so I can recommend it for that specific use. If you can find a more powerful one, it can be even better, but at $33 CAD (before a $3 coupon) at the time of writing, this is definitely an affordable option that might not be very strong, but is helpful nevertheless.

The Major issue of this product, is that you will need to buy some "ion water" it wasn't on any information? It's quite expensive, and you can not find it everywhere?? Be advised, and thank you
