Just a little about me; male, 52yo, diabetic, (not as much now that I'm lifting again), extremely Low T since my 20's from trauma.I promised my family I would never put them through me being on testosterone again. I(It turned me into a "set in my ways" nasty, egotistical, narcissistic bastard for over a decade). So I stopped the hormones and just dealt with it all. That being said,I received this product yesterday on Oct 23rd, I took two pills after my workout and after dinner around 7pm. I woke up on the 24th of October a much different person. Mentally feeling different/better and more upbeat. I woke up in a different state of mind, (very wife wanting) and I had alot more energy/body energy; not like what coffee does, but what having hormones does. My wife saw a huge change in me as well. I cannot believe that something I bought on Amazon for under 20 bucks helped this much overnight because I have tried everything including Nugenix (did nothing but get me hyper). I'll update my review in the next few weeks on how I do in the gym.

The value for money on this HMB is the best I found on amazon. The strength & effectiveness is far beyond any other brand I have taken. I highly recommend this product.

I've noticed a difference in maintaining my muscle since taking these. It's a great value for what you get plus the capsules are easy to swallow. Definitely worth it!

I feel these really do help me preserve some muscle during my calorie deficit.
