Pure Seed Golden Paste is a perfectly balanced blend of Organic Spices and Omega Rich oils. It's best to start with a small amount, a quarter of a teaspoon three times a day. If this goes well, you can increase up to a teaspoon three times a day. I would be lying if I said it tasted great!
