Small Pieces
I was disappointed in the size of the fish. They are very tiny and can be swallowed by little ones. I love the idea of this reward jar. Wish there was a decal of seaweed or coral in the middle.

Really cute
This will work great in the classroom for rewards for the class. The fish are a little different compared to the regular stars so I really liked this idea. It seems sturdy enough to hold up for the year in the classroom. It is available at a good price and good value. It does not come with a magnetic back, but that is no issue as I will attach a magnet to it.

Good reward jar for learning toddlers or grade school students
Love, love, love this positive reinforcement jar. Great way to recognize good behavior at home and in the class room. The jar seems to be well made and looks just as pictured.

High Quality, Adorable, Great Incentive Idea!
This item is so cute, and what a great idea! When I was little, our teachers always had some kind of incentive jar. Usually a glass jar and they'd drop marbles in it and we'd earn a party or something.I love that this is kid friendly, safe, and durable. I actually dropped it on the floor on accident when I opened it and it was fine, no sign of damage. This is a great idea for a teacher to use in the classroom, especially when working on a specific behavior problem area (lining up, circle time, clean up, etc.). It would also be a great visual reward incentive at home with children (doing chores, brushing teeth, feeding the pets, etc.). I especially like that it's not a chart. So you can use it however you want, especially when just catching good behaviors that you want to instill.
