This is a wonderful product. I can really taste the difference in the water, and I am taking the water from my faucet water filter and running it through the Piurify unit. I feel much more confident about the purity of the water than I ever have before. I had an issue arise with the unit starting to need to be charged in less than 24 hours. I call the support team and Mark was amazing and sent out a new unit within a day of receiving a video and description of the problem. Great product, great service. Pete Swan

Have had this filter for around 7 months now and still working great. It removed all odors and taste from an older well, I would definitely buy it again.

This is the worst product. Even though I have charged it, it just not enough charge to do anything. Even though I chased it for several days. It doesn’t work!!!

I can’t recommend this enough. My heavy metal tap water tastes light years better with the use of this product. Didn’t realize how bad the water was and how ineffective my brita was until I tried this filter. I was suffering from constant bloating and with this product that has almost completely stopped. The design is easy to use. I bought this two months ago and Ive only charged it once since the initial charge and I use it throughout each day. My only complaint is the button to start the filter is on the long side opposite from where the handle is so it’s gotta sit sideways on the counter and not as easy to tap as it could be.

This is a good quality, sustainable water purifier that’s perfect for small spaces. The pitcher is compact, ideal for an office setting where 1–2 people will be using it. One standout feature is how quickly it filters water, much faster than other purifiers I’ve used, taking only about 2 minutes per cycle. You’ll need to discard the first three filtration cycles during the initial use, but that’s normal for many purifiers. The filtered water tastes clean and fresh. The only bad thing about it is that you have to charge it with a USB cord, not the best feature in my opinion but overall, a great choice!

Have made several Piurify purchases. All of the products are excellent. A filter has lasted a long time. The machine will flash some lights when it’s time to replace.

It is initially charged when it arrives. Love its design. Doesn’t drip when you pour. Take it off the base and place in fridge. There's a mechanism to slide over to protect the ports from dust and other debris that could get in there. Well thought out design and function. Charges quickly. Purifies water quickly. Very happy.
