Gotoly Back Brace for Women Adjustable (Black, M)

I was having back and ribs pain and this really helped. I wore it at whilst working. My job is pretty heavy and I'm on my feet for 8 hrs. The relief was almost instant. The only problem is that the straps where cutting into me near the armpit. I'm a size 20-22 so found it a bit tight.

I really need something like this to correct my posture. I have chronic back pain and occasional muscular. Stabbing pains that may be caused by medicine clashes. This has caused me to stoop badly.I have tried wearing the brace for three whole days. So far, I have found it to be very uncomfortable and extremely difficult to put on, especially the first time. It tends to encourage the stoop rather than pull my shoulders back. It makes loo visits difficult and overall for a female can be compared to riding a boy’s bike by sitting on the.crossbar rather than a saddle!I have perservered in the hope that the elasticity will improve with wearing and am wondering if it would work better if worn back to front!!

I tried two before this for my neck and shoulder pain but they do not help. Actually,I need something to put some pressure on my shoulder without hurt.I need something light and easy to wear out side. This is light, comfortable, easy to wear, and help to reduce my shoulder and neck pain.

The whole thing is uncomfortable, pinching under arms and too big! It's got flimsy wires, softer than underwire bras! Waste of money.

Unpacking reams of velcro straps without instructions of what to do with them, I was not too impressed. Only figured it out yesterday, courtesy of yu tube I've not had time to feel it's benefit. Please please include fitting instructions for us novices.

The sizing is too small I'm a size 14 and had to buy XL to fit.
