My kids absolutely love these gummies, I had a very hard time finding magnesium glycinate in gummies for my kids, all you find is citrate, which might be good for constipation but doesn't do much to help sleep. This is our third bottle of the mango flavor. My son loved it and definitely helped washing him off to sleep at bed time instead of using melatonin. The texture and label changed on this bottle. It says it’s the same product but the other bottles were more soft chewey and almost see through. My son isn’t big on change so he’s complaining about them bc they are different.
