It works amazingly well. I wish it came with better instructions ie: how long you are allowed to take it considering it is a natural supplement. Sometimes the body is suppose to have a break but this does not say. I have a muscle disorder and this works fantastic to alleviate pain without having to take over the counter medications or even prescription ones. I would give it 5 stars if it came with a leaflet. This one is a keeper for me.

have been using this for years....eases pain so that I can sleep better, never any side effects, natural product, not a prescribed pain med. I take before bed and if I get up in the middle of the night and I am all set. I recommend it.

We just tried this for the first time yesterday. We have allergies/sensitivities to most OTC pain medications, so this was a wonderful find. We are VERY happy to report that it works very well, headache gone after one dose. We will keep this in our holistic medicine cabinet at all times.Thank you!!

Frankly, I've tried so many things to alleviate the pain from my systemic inflammatory disorder that I saw this product and thought, "Eh...I guess it can't hurt to give it a shot." I downed two capsules after I creaked out of bed in the morning, muscles aching and joints stiff and sore, and thought, "We'll see what happens."Fifteen minutes later, turning from the sink to lift the tea kettle, I realized with a physical shock that my right knee was no longer shooting sharp pains down to my ankle, and my calf no longer ached. In fact, it felt perfectly fine and pain-free. My left hip, which had been in the middle of a crippling inflammatory flare-up and had felt like someone had jammed a nine-inch nail in it (the iron rod, not the musical group), had quieted down by a good 40%. In fifteen minutes. And it stayed that way for HOURS.After taking the capsules three times a day for two days, My finger joints are no longer hot, swollen, and painful. I can make a fist without pain. My left hip feels FINE. Flexible. Limber, even. No pain! I SLEPT on my left hip and woke up WITHOUT PAIN!So I gave a couple to a friend who was nursing a new elbow injury in one arm and bursitis in the other. The pain in the elbow lessened by about half, and the bursitis shoulder stopped aching. It just--stopped. She could lift her arm and rotate her shoulder with no discomfort. And again, onset of relief was fast--about 15 or 20 minutes. This product has help with my pain from fibromyalgia, heart condition and much more. I am very happy with this product and have been using it for at least 4 years. I would highly recommend.
