They are different. Gua Sha helps detoxification and lymphatic drainage, while this device helps the absorption of serums with its thermal function and different LEDs bring different benefits to skin. Unlike gua sha, you dont need to push the device very hard and scrap on you skin.

Sure, it works on men as well and there are no differences in methods or controls, please refer to these steps while using: 1) Prep your skin with serums, facial oil or firming cream. 2) Turn on the device and select the prefered mode. 3) Lifting massage from bottom to top on neck, forehead and along the jawline for about 5 minutes. 4) Wipe and clean the massage head, store it in a dry place.
