The product when consumed makes you energetic but after a while mentally you feel down I don’t k know why but for me it felt this way,consuming only 1 a day is preferred more than that is bit risky I felt ,might be different from person to person

As a toxicologist, I can say with certainty this is not only an excellent product, but a well formulated and very safe product when used in moderation. L-Theanine isn’t even found in food and is relatively difficult to find in store, and if you do find it in stores you’re going to have to take them all separately. I never write reviews but let me tell you one pop of this gum and boy was I cleaning and doing all my errands all before afternoon. Popped it before the gym. I have never had so much energy to workout and not be tired afterwards. Ran strands all across town and still managed to do my laundry. Heck I even took the dog out for a walk! Definitely worth it.

It could just be me, but I built a sphere. I chewed ONE PIECE of this gum at 10:45 AM! I am not usually one for caffeine, but I figured I'd give this gum a try to help with some long hour days. To just see how it works I tried it over the weekend. So at 10:45 AM I started chewing one piece of this gum and went about my day. I was very impressed by many things, the flavor sticks around for a long time, it doesn't turn into a soggy mess after a while, the sugar content doesn't make the gum too sweet, the size of the piece is perfect. Setting about my day, I went up to the office to work on some stuff for school. Going back to school after so many years, sometimes you need that extra boost. Gatorade, electrolytes, hydration, those work, but this WORKS. So I was getting a lot of stuff done. Suddenly it was 4:30 PM and some friends were coming over before we went out to dinner. I had more SUSHI in that night than I've had in a while. Thank goodness it was an all-you-can-eat sushi place. We get back to my house around 8:00 PM and from then until 10:30 PM began playing "Werewolves" Which really pits you and your loved ones against each other. No one tends to trust anyone. Keep in mind, I spat the gum out only a couple hours after I started chewing it. People started getting tired at 10:30 PM so our friends headed home and the rest of the family went to bed... but not me... I said goodnight and went to the office. I decided it would be a good idea to log into my friends realm and build something. At 11:00 PM I logged into "Minecraft" and in my friends survival world I began collecting and building. Starting with the outer ring that is 49 blocks in diameter. You may think, "Oh that's not so big" but when you put the math to it, I ended up placing over 12,000 blocks to create this sphere, AND THAT'S NOT INCLUDING WHAT I BUILT INSIDE IT. The sphere itself is only made up of about 9,800 blocks, the other 2,200 were due to simply needing to move around the sphere BECAUSE I BUILT THIS IN SURVIVAL! I used over 100 lava buckets and had 10 smelters going at once to get the stone to create this. At about 1:00 AM my fiance messages me asking if I'm coming to bed. My response, "I'm so wired I'm not sure yet." The next time she messaged me was at 5:30 AM, when I was putting the finishing touches on the crop farm INSIDE THE SPHERE! At 6:00 AM I went and laid down to pass out. At 10:30 this morning, after feeding the dogs, I came to my office to write this review. If you're not used to caffeine, this might not be for you. If you want the experience I had, do so at your own risk. All in all, a good product.
