Simple chair exercise book ( A Winner)
This is an easy to follow chair exercise book with great explanations, great illustrations with a guaranteed routine for seniors. I am a senior and love the book. Its a winner that I would recommend to all seniors. I love the core exercises and all the extra nuggets to get you balanced and strengthen like the walking routines and ideas for dieting or eating right while going through your routines. The videos are a plus. This book is a sure winner!

Chair exercises work!
As someone who fits into this niche (not saying I’m old), I was interested in learning more about this phenomenon of getting fit doing exercises sitting in a chair. Well, the truth is, this book does not disappoint. In fact, implementing the truly simple chair exercises described in the book is already paying dividends and motivating me to do more. The exercises are easy to follow and can be done anywhere you have a chair (I will doing these in the hotel room on my trip next month). This is a very useful book that I think will pay dividends for my body for a long time.

This author has written several books on fitness, and this one, Chair Exercises for Seniors, is a great companion book. Great for Beginners
Not just an exercise book there is plenty of good information in terms of exercise and health. The exercises are well instructed and provide good visual representations of the poses along with videos just in case you're still having trouble replicating the movement.

Excellent Book
This book is an excellent resource for simple exercises one can do at home. The author explains different muscle groups and their essential functions before getting into the specifics of the exercises. There are 37 chair exercises to choose from and nearly twenty different routines. While aimed at seniors, I believe the information would be useful to all adults.

Excellent ( and economical ) resource for seniors that can be used in your own home with just a chair! Exercises have clear instructions to follow with great diagrams and the videos are a WONDERFUL added bonus to help one do the exercises correctly. I am recovering from two broken ankles and am very appreciative to have come across this guide to use in the privacy of my own home.

excellent exercises for seniors
I bought this book for my mum who had a stroke and needs to get back into physical strenght without going out of the house or even to a gym. The book is a great source for guided exercise, the illustrations are very helpful to avoid mistakes and also for self correction in front of the mirror; also there are additional ressources- so great to stay fit or regain mobility as senior!
