Very good at curbing temptations
This product is very easy to use and straightforward. It’s very quick and simple to use you just have to push a few buttons and your set. It’s a decent size for smart phones and all the electronics you can think of. It’s made of material and quality. I think it’s a good value to help those who struggle with using certain things for short periods of time. It keeps things safe from children that may be under age that could get hurt from harmful items. It performs well with simple buttons to set the desired time you want.

Don’t waste your money
Box wouldn’t reopen after the timer expired! Had to break my phone out of it because the contact info for the overuse settings didn’t work 🤦🏼♀️

Top product. Very well made. Light enough weight but is still sturdy. Locking mechanism is easy to use and locks well.

Works well, looks good
Was pleasantly suprised at the quality of these lock boxes. The internal battery lasts for ages too. Good capacity. Reason for 4 starts is the 99 hour limit on the locking mechanism. I had read it as 99 days because I had seen others do the 99 day thing. My bad!99 days =just 4 days so not ideal for some of us. Still pleased with them though. I bought 2.

Great idea for phone discipline.
I bought this because I'm easily distracted by my phone when working at home. I don't miss my phone when I haven't got it so locking away for a couple of hours at a time checking it and then locking it away again I find beneficial. I've also used it during the evening when I want to watch a TV or reading. I can also see the benefits of using it to prevent 'screen time' at bedtime but this isn't an issue for me. Sure, I could break it open but haven't spent over £40 I'm not gonna do that! And nothing will be so urgent in my life that I need access it within a couple of hours, and I always have an alternative if I really needed to be contacted or contact someone. I think most people are likely to be using this for an hour or two at a time.

Max timer lock is only 4.125 days (99h) and the design of the holes are flawed.
The size, sturdiness and aesthetics of the box are decent and even though the instructions packed were incorrect I easily worked out how to use it.However, the description is misleading as you can only lock 365 days permanently, which isn’t ACTUALLY permanent as it’s a simple button combo to unlock.Max timer lock equates to 4.125 days so if you wanted to lock treats away from weekend to weekend for example you’d have to remember to re-lock it exactly after that time before the kids can get to it.Due to the design of the charger holes in the bottom kids can find ways to “fish” out goodies unless you go to extra lengths to make sure treats are in a solid container larger than the holes.Improvements to the design would be,A timer with days:hours:mins up to 365days,Some sort of internal catch over the ports that allow you to insert cables but then block the holes from the inside.

Only functional in timed mode
Good at times locking, but I wanted to use the no-timer locking function and it wouldn't open with the instructions. It says "(the press speed better not too fast or too slow, pls retry if not unlock)" word for word under the instructions for how to unlock it while in no-time lockbox mode, but since it didn't work at any speed I tried, I tried looking it up to see if someone had made a guide or video showing the press speed that would work. When I looked it up, the search results instantly told me that this was the emergency open method. So now, it wouldn't even work as a timed lock box for me. I imagine anyone else trying to use it as a simple lockbox would similarly break the functionality of their device.
