These large rugs used to ship rolled, however now they fold them. When they came rolled they laid out easily and flattened in no time. Now that they are folded they are a nightmare to get flat. We purchased a steam mop to flatten this rug. We flipped the rug upside-down and steamed the back side for a couple hours until all of the fold lines were gone. Don't do this on laminate flooring or any flooring that could warp if it gets wet. We have hard ceramic tile so we didn't have to worry about that. The cement garage floor, or driveway would be a safe bet if you're not sure. Once those creases are gone the rug will lay flat. The rug is great quality. Looks great, doesn't shed. We have purchased 4 total in 3 different colors and they're all great rugs. We put non slip rug pads under these rugs.

We have two older, 12 pound dogs.Bought a few cheaper runners and they instantly started curling up on the edges.These rugs are a better quality but reasonably priced.Our dogs are both 14 and slip on the vinyl flooring,so we just need area rugs to make their lives easier as they move around.We wanted a nice quality and these work great and look very nice.Thick enough to feel good under your feet and look nice in the house,and…….our dogs are very happy and enjoy laying on them too.We got the gray and really like it.

I have bought at least 8 to 10 of these beautiful rugs. They are gorgeous and good quality to my surprise this morning. I opened up one of my rugs to place it down in the house. It is used it had a big stain on it and the label on the back of the rug was filthy. Please make sure that when people return rugs to you did you check them so now I am throwing that rug away 😬🙄 but I am very very happy with all of the other rugs that I have received from you. Great rug. Accurate measurements and fit my hallway perfect. Bought for hallway because we have a pup with mobility issues. This one is soft with low pile look. We have the grey and it is beautiful.

This was a mat needed at the top of a step in high traffic area. Handles the traffic and pet fur does not stick to it. Easy to vacuum.

Beautiful plush rug. Just one thing, the pattern is much more noticeable in real life. I had ordered this rug as a base rug for layering a too-small patterned rug, thinking it would be a very dark and almost solid blue. It doesn't work for this purpose but it's still a beautiful rug so I decided to simply cut my losses and donate the original too small rug.

I have had no problems with these rugs. Stains wipe or wash off easily. Also don't worry about the wrinkles when they arrive. They are tightly rolled but after about 3 days they are nearly flat and after that they are gone completely as you can see in the photos. The first 2 pictures are a new carpet on arrival then a week later. The third is an older one of the same model and it is perfectly flat.
