Ticonderoga My First Large Barrel Pencil Sharpener, Yellow and Green, 1 Count

I love that the top screws off for pencil shaving removal. My kids always accidentally pop off the top of other sharpeners but this feature prevents that making it much more portable and less prone to accidentally spilling pencil shavings all over the floor! It is high quality and the blade makes a perfect point on thick or chubby kid pencils. It's the perfect size for little hands to grip and maneuver. Only a couple twists and the point is ready to go. They work great for koala tools colored pencils too! My daughter loved putting stickers on the barrel to decorate it!

Got this for mt toddler to start practicing with, and its great! Fits the larger ergonomical pencils for toddlers. Shes even figured out how to empty it!

I use this for my large barrel, black, triangular Tri-Conderoga pencils. It work great. It gives you a nice sharp point, collects all the shavings in an enclosed jar with a pop-up lid, which is easy to empty.

Great quality pencil sharpener. The large hole is perfect for sharpening Crayola Write Start colored pencils, which was what I was hoping to use it for as they are larger than a regular colored pencil.

The Ticonderoga My First Large Barrel Pencil Sharpener has been perfect for my 10-year-old son while drawing and sketching. Its sturdy, large-barrel design is easy for small hands to grip, and it sharpens pencils quickly and smoothly without breaking the lead. What's really awesome is.... it's mess-free, containing the sharpenings within the twist off catch-all. The yellow and green color is bright and fun, making it easy to spot among art supplies. My son uses it daily to keep his drawing pencils ready to go, and it’s compact enough to keep on his little tv table. This sharpener is a must-have for young artists!

The media could not be loaded. The sharpener works great for the Ticonderoga first pencils. Only complaint is that the lid(shown in video) feels like it’s going to break at any moment. The connecting piece is very flimsy and where it’s for a child, I’d like the lid to stay in place. Otherwise it’s a great product and was exactly what I expected to get.

Good size for little hands!
