This hand wash smells amazing—earthy, woody, and clean without being overpowering. The exfoliating grit makes your hands feel super soft after every wash, and a little goes a long way. Great citrusy smell, if not a little strong. It is a chemical exfoliant with acidic so don’t expect that pumice feel. Hands feel very hydrated after use.

Lathers perfectly, no residue, blah blah, who cares—we are here for the delectable fragrance and beautifully tiny bubbles, and Resurrection absolutely delivers. Every time I wash my hands, it’s like an oasis of mandarin-scented peace in my otherwise upsetting life. Moreover, the bottle contributes a certain ambience to a bathroom vanity that is either delightful or insufferable, depending on your attitude towards conspicuous consumption. It’s also great that Aesop is a B-Corp!
