This thing works great , but its battery life could be longer.

One can find very cheap the same product and also it does not worth.

The title and photos boast that the fan has 8000mah while on the device the label says its 5200mah and so does the manual ! Seems to be the only neck A/C that also blows downwards to the back of the shirt but the force of the air at the back seems quite low. Neck plate does get quite cool. Yet to fully test it in proper heat but seems to be reasonably good so far for its price point.

This neck cooler has great features: it blows up on the sides AND back (be careful, some do not blow UP on the back), it blows down the back of your shirt (again, not a common feature) it has 3 levels of active cooling using a small semiconductor device (not a new technology, similar devices have been used in food/drink coolers (think picnics, "camping"), it has three fan speeds, it does not feel heavy on my neck. BUT: For my purpose the noise level is too high. If you are in a stadium attending an event with a raucous crowd this would be great, if you are working outdoors--again great. Harvesting wheat--great. If you are in a small group gathering--a bit too loud for my taste. I highly recommend this cooling device, or not. I'll be returning it but I don't expect I'll find what I want, especially at this price point.
