I bought this for the bulk fermentation step when making sourdough. It works great for my purpose. It seems like it's good quality and feels quite sturdy. It's also easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher if needed. Please note this does not come with a lid.

I make a lot of sourdough bread and these 4 quarts are perfect for letting my dough rise. I love that. It comes with two. Just know that the lids do not come with them. I had to order them separate but it was still worth the money. Yes, I do recommend these
