Absolutely terrific! Super easy directions, Super easy to use. It's great to be able to recharge it from the top - no struggling with batteries underneath like so many dispenser. This one is actually Fun! As an unexpected extra, we noticed that it looked a bit like a penguin. We had some of those candy eyes they put on cup cakes so we put them on the dispenser. Now, we have a cut little penguin that keeps everything clean and adds quite a bit of fun to doing it! (see photo(s) We have different dispensers in different places around our house for hand soap, dishwasher liquid soap, alcohol for hand cleaning shampoo and conditioner. I’ve tried several other soap dispensers (one electric and one manual) and this is the best by far. This is one of the few dispensers that specifies it can be used with dish soap which is what made me willing to try it. So far, it’s outstanding. Despite excellent instructions, it took me a day or so to get it set to the amount of soap I like it to dispense and to figure out that I don’t have to turn it off and on every day. Now that it’s set where I want it, I’ve found that I love it. I like that way it looks, the way it works and especially that in using it over the last month it has never clogged or needed to be charged. If you’re looking for a really well made, highly functional soap dispenser, I highly recommend this one.

This item is awesome. We have had a few hands free soap dispensers, but they all have the batteries in the bottom and have all rusted or corroded after about 6 months. This dispenser not only is rechargeable (!!!) but has a plastic or glass bottom that will not be adversely effected by sitting in water. The ability to regulate the amount of soap that comes out is also an awesome feature. I use this in my kitchen and love that I can get soap to wash my hands after handling raw meats, or anything sticky, without having to push down on a pump I then need to wash as well. The sensor responds appropriately and is not over reactive or under-reactive. It also looks great. 👍

Works well! Dispenses the right amount of soap, not too much, not too little. This was a 2nd try at finding an automatic soap dispenser for our kitchen. The 1st one gave us so much soap that even on the lowest setting we wouldhave been wasting soap so I sent it back. This one is great so far! I took 1 star off for the the proprietary charging cable; not sure what we'll do if that gets lost. Would be much better to have a USB type-C charger.

Great quality. Initial charge took overnight for me. I love that the bottle and the dispenser are separate parts and make it easy to clean. Very sturdy. Our last soap dispenser was easily knocked over which was very frustrating. The size is average, but it holds a lot of soap. The black color looks chic and modern. The motion detection is also great, not overly delayed. Will update if there are any issues with performance or leakage in the future.

Great product, great customer service. I have 3 of these in my home. One stopped working. I contacted their customer service. Their response was prompt and they sent me a replacement very quickly. It’s easy to refill, worth the cost, battery lasts quite long.

This is wonderful! Works perfectly! Saves my hands from pushing down on something. Easy to use, easy to fill, easy to recharge. And looks beautiful as well.
