I purchased this for my grandfather who is still recovering from total knee replacement surgery. He still suffers from joint pain, so I thought why not try this out! He has been taking it for a week now and he can already tell a difference in pain and discomfort.

Just started taking this, it is not easy to swallow. It is hard and thick. The first day it went down but I felt it still in my throat most of tge night. Because of the good reviews, I cut it in half tonight. I will let you know if it works. Just wanted to set you straight on the size.
