This appeared to be a durable and useful window cleaning kit. And it was a pleasure to use, except for a few issues that may relate more to my expectations than anything.The scrubber pad has a velcro fastening which kept coming loose and the pad would fall off. My old pad that I had been using instead has a large snap and I haven't had that issue with that pad coming loose.The handle sure looks nice and sections that can be added as needed can be very handy. However, I'm accustomed to a solid handle and at times I'll put a bit of twisting force into the handle to very the effectiveness of the scrubber pad. When I try that with this sectional handle, all I often get is the handle starting to unscrew.The squeegee performs well to clean the water off the windows without any streaks. It's edge is very supple compared to my old rubber squeegee. The issue with that is that it is so supple that it easily rides up onto the window molding, which then doesn't wipe the edge of the window. So, I have to be very careful to ensure I don't let the squeegee ride up on the molding while swiping the windows.The squeegee locks into place on the handle with a plastic button. The button is somewhat weak and doesn't always hold the squeegee securely and it may fall off.Every thing else appears to be well built and I expect it to have a long life here. But I may end up using a solid handle, if it ends up irking me too much.

It would be better to have both the wash and squeegee on the same head. Changing back and forth is a pain. The squegee is flimsy and doesn't wipe the very end of the blade. The mechanical lock of the heads to the pole are weak and don't work very well.Other than that, windows sparkle like new and after all, isn't that the goal?

They thought that this product was much easier to use overall. They like it!

Used the squeegee with just water on my very dirty french door. I hope the pictures (before and after) show how much gunk it got, just with one pass and plain water! The scrubber did the rest on windows. I like that you can choose the pole length as needed, and it is easy to switch out the scrubber with the squeegee to make cleaning and drying a breeze. Accessory bag is helpful as well. Highly recommend!

The microfiber scrubbers I really liked how they cleaned. The poles were a little light duty in my opinion. I used these to wash my solar panels on my roof. I ended switching poles to complete the job but was very happy how the scrubbers and squeegee worked

This squeegee with extension pole set is disappointing. The materials feel extremely cheap and flimsy, and it doesn’t hold up well at all. The squeegee itself doesn’t provide a smooth, streak-free finish, and the extension pole feels like it’s going to snap with even the slightest pressure.It might work for very light tasks, but anything more, and you’ll struggle. I guess you get what you pay for, but this set definitely isn’t worth it, even at a low price. Spend a little more for something sturdier and more reliable

I have a few large windows in the front of my house and sometimes my sprinklers hit my window and makes them dirty. I needed tools to be able to clean my windows and this kit has everything that I need. It has made it easier for me to keep my front windows clean. I love this set.
