yes, I wish ball was heavier, but good product. Idea is to keep rope straight in swing to indicate you are swinging and not leveraging.

I use training aids to help beginning golfers. I'm not sure this one is very valuable after the third or forth swing. You could use a towel or a piece of rope to get the same result. This is beautifully made; just not terribly useful.

I am a golf instructor and was looking to get a rope and tie a knot in the end of it to help my students understand tempo and the “whip effect” that is needed in the golf swing. I was going to just go to Home Depot and buy one, but found this item. The price, alone, was what sold me. Anyhow, let me just mention that if anyone thinks this rope is too stiff is because they’re not swinging it correctly. It actually works perfectly for its intended use. It appears too stiff out of the bag, but if you’re truly swinging it tension-free, you will get the “whoosh” that you’re supposed to feel and hear when using it.

I’ve been trying to better my swing with different eight research online and I figured that this product was intent for this purpose. but it’s so light that it doesn’t even work. There’s no way for you to swing - you are better off using your arms or just getting a sock from home and putting in a tennis ball. I’m on my way to Home Depot to buy a rope That has the length and the weight to be an appropriate training aid. Do not buy this waste of money.

We are a golfing family and have golfers of different levels. Easy to use and learn on. My youngest daughter I believe gained the most benefit from the product. Before the swing aid her swing was out of sync on not on plane. It quickly allowed her to feel where her swing was out of line and tempo. For the money and ease of use, it is a good swing aid.

My husband golfs weekly. He’s had a friend helping him with his swing. This gadget is a good idea if you want to work on your swing technique. The rope is of good quality and durable. The length of the rope can be adjusted to accommodate me or my friend who is quite a bit taller. The handle has a nice feel to it that’s ergonomic and easy to grip. Recommend.

Principal is sound, but the plastic rope is too light, it bends rather than having the necessary weight to stay straight and encourage the „swing“ motion.

Cheap rubbish. Not worth it
