I 've been using this product for a while and I love it. The fact that it tastes so very good (both the chocolate and the vanilla) in water is a big plus and makes it easy to have and enjoy at work and home. However, I never knew what great people make up the company until this last order. There was a problem with the delivery. I didn't receive it as scheduled. I contacted them and they were a pleasure to communicate with. I now have my Skoop, the knowledge that a great product reflects great people and I couldn't be happier with both.
