Would this work if I plugged the receiver into a bluetooth speaker using a 6.35mm to a 3.5mm adapter?

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your interest in our products, SGPRO wireless microphones. If your speaker has the 3.5mm Mic-In, it will work. If the jack is an AUX-In it may not work properly due to the different requirements of the impedance. Can the goose neck portion of TR-15 be extended, say 6-8 inches? This would enable the transmitter unit to be mounted other than on the trumpet bell.

The overall length of the microphone attachment is 6", with the flexible gooseneck portion just less than 3". To extend it would require either an aftermarket adaptor if available (doubtful), or mechanically and electronically splicing in an additional extender. I'm sure it's possible, but it would require technical skill and ability.

I'm having an issue with the Mic and receiver charging. Is that a battery issue? I had difficult time getting to recharge once, but now nothing.

I find the best way to charge the battery is to not turn it on while charging. I did get to a gig once and found a dead battery. I think I accidentally turned it on before packing the mic the day before. I'm very happy with this system.

Can these be used while charging?
