Kids Pay Attention to These Books
The "Pete the Cat" series is uniquely fascinating for young children. We volunteer at a Heae Start center where we read and I play banjo tunes for 4 1/2 and 3 1/2 year-olds and the books really hold their attention. Great life lessons portrayed in a package the kids just eat up. Recommend highly even for the very young.

Books that address how we should treat others.
This is one of my two favorite books,the other being,Pete the cat and the missing cupcakes,our granddaughter keeps wanting these read more than any other ones.Teaches lives lesson about being kind and prioritizing what’s important in life.One about taking time to put others needs above your own and giving others second chances when friends mess up.Would really like to see more books written with topics like this incorporated in the story line,missing so much today.
