I am physically fit with the exception of my lung capacity is still in the dumps from 20 years of smoking. I saw the opportunity to try this breathing trainer out figure worth shot. After a few months of use I think I am actually noticing some improvement in my cardio ability. I can squat heavy weight for high reps again and breath through nose during high intensity cardio out of nowhere and the only thing changed was playing around with this breathing trainer every night.
