Its battery is very weak, suddenly gets discharged, sound quality and mic is good quality, but issue is its battery. In product specification it was mentioned battery backup is six hours but really works only for half an hour.

Sound quality on Bluetooth mode is great. But on connecting the mic, the sound gets worse. Is there any way to avoid the echo?

I bought this fr 2k in July. After 4 months, one day it just stopped working. I raised a warranty claim and then i was informed tht i had to send it to Hyderabad, Telangana. Sending it via courier would cost me nearly 2k (which i was told to bear) and even after receiving the new piece i might hv to undergo the same process again(spending 2k courier charges). I was told i cud not return it to the pTron centre in my hometown as it was the "procedure". I am screwed and wish to tell u all that its a gamble to buy thus peice of garbage.

This is a very bad product, speaker and mic, everything is bad, it has been 10 days since I returned it, the product has not been returned yet, please no one should buy such a product
