I am so happy with this "lotion" even though I don't think it is a lotion. First of all, no questionable chemicals and paraben free which is what I am looking for. I want to replace my Neutrogena microclear toner with something chemical-free and this fits the bill. I went through a few years of skin "situation" after having perfect skin forever. After dozens of products and trials, I am able to control the clogged pores on my forehead with the Neutrogena toner but it was really drying. After I made a switch to all natural products, I tried this and this one worked. No more clogged pores and my skin is clear and smooth. It feels like a thicker toner, smells like camphor and it is all natural and has smaller percentage of salicylic acid which helped the pores without drying out my face. This will be my go to toner from now on. But I also use other oils or natural creams/lotions as a next step after applying this. I am disappointed about how the cleanser from the same company is not chemical-free. Otherwise I would have tried that too. Finally, I also made a lot of other changes like taking large doses of vitamin D3 with appropriate K2 and progesterone cream for 2 weeks of each cycle. These additional steps might have helped my skin go back to how it used to be before I started having skin problems. So anybody suffering with cystic acne, pimples, clogged pores, you might want to try D3 internally. It might be a life changer. Read about it. You will be blown away.

I'm glad I found this product. I've been trying to eliminate products with propylenes, parabens and sulfates from my home. Nearly all of the natural face washes and acne products contain tea tree oil, which is effective and which this product also contains. However, I needed something with salycilic acid as it is very effective at clearing pores.Well, for about a month now I've been using this product a long side a tea tree oil face wash and my skin is finally clear! All those years of using expensive, fancy packaged skin products containing harsh chemicals and they didn't even do their jobs correctly! This cheap, modest looking bottle of liquid has achieved what other products could never.I highly recommend this product. Here's what I do, I wash my face with Dessert Essence brand 'throughly clean' face wash, and then apply this with a cotton pad. It says 'lotion', but it's more like a toner. I don't apply any other acne products. Next I use Jason Naturals brand "sunbrellas facial block spf 20", and then my mineral makeup from [...] This is what has been working for me, to give me flawless and beautiful skin. I get compliments all the time from strangers.

So, I loved this product when I first tried it....it cleared up my adult acne (on my chin) & I used it in combination with the Home Health Facial Cleansing Gel. But, after about a month, it was just too drying for my skin. so, I now use it to 'spot' treat my chin area when breakouts start.

I am in my 30's and I have always had a problem with acne until I started using this product. Note: I use this blemish treatment in conjunction with Home Health's facial cleansing gel. I wash my face with the facial wash and then apply the blemish treatment. I've tried proactive (which over dried my skin), murad (which gave me more pimples) and everything else that's out there and nothing else works like Home Health's products. My skin is not dry and I'm acne free - I've been using this for over a year now. The only time I may see a pimple is during my cycle which I feel is normal, but even if I get one it's small, really not that noticeable and it goes away rather quickly. I wash my face in the morning and at night with the facial wash (it even takes off my makeup) and I only apply the blemish treatment lotion once a day. One 8 oz bottle of facial cleansing gel will last a year, (a little goes a long way) and one 4oz bottle of the blemish treatment lotion will last about 6mths.

When I received this item I was kind of skeptical. The consistency is very cloudy and dark, unlike the half used bottle of the one I already own which is light in color & clear. It was not sealed so it could have easily been tampered with. If it's possible to return it I may just do that.

I use this for my itchy scalp . I get temporary relief .I don't think it much help for blemish or acne.

This is one of my very favorite products! I am an esthetician and I have recommended and personally used this stuff for years. I swear by it! It's great for acne or any blemish. I get cystic acne and I will apply some to a tissue and hold it on the area for a few minutes. It clears it up very fast. Very clean ingredients! HIGHLY recommend this product.

I religiously use this blemish treatment. This does not mean that I no longer break out. However, it controls my acne. I am one of those people who will breakout for the rest of my life. It is mainly hormone related.I use it in the morning and at night before bed. I first wash my face with an oil-free Neutrogena acne wash. Then I pour the Home Health Treatment Lotion on a cotton ball and run it across my problem areas. Then I take a second cotton ball, pour lotion again and dab the problem areas again. The reason I do the first cotton ball is because it actually removes dirt from the face even after the wash. I also use this product on my back since I tend to break out during hot days.
