Nice set up. All stainless fountain. Very quiet...all you hear is trickling water.Cats did get used to it, but took about 2 weeks. Limiting their access to other water sources makes it faster and easier. Know your cats water consumption or lack thereof.

I bought this fountain to replace a fountain I bought last year . The main reason being the look of it . I liked that you could see the water level through the window and the flow of to two spigots which is whisper quiet ( unlike the last one that sounded like a light waterfall ) This fountain was easy to assemble because I had done it before with a similar model, however where they differ are the filters. The second reason I got this Fountain is because the filters were compatible with my last. They are not so if you see the pictures and think your filters from your old machine will match this one they will not they are completely different. That is my only complaint about this fountain other than the filters that replace this actual fountain, don’t seem to be worth the value of my last fountain. That is the only flaw I can see with this machine. The size is wonderful. It holds a lot of water and I haven’t changed the filter yet however I don’t think that that will be a problem, be mindful the replacement filters , come with several filters, however, the sponges that go in the pump come in a quantity of two. I’ve read that you can rinse them and reuse them often and that’s the reason why ultimately I recommend this fountain I only took away a star because the picture was misleading about the type of filter it will take.

The water fountain is great. The problem is the cartridge filter is more expensive then the water fountain

We have been using this water fountain for a couple months now without any issues, other than a refill every couple days for 2 adult cats. It is clean looking, light not blinding, relatively quiet, and a welcomed addition by the felines for hydration and sometimes entertainment. Refill and cleaning is simple, and the biggest issue was stringing an extension cord close enough to run it, so I guess we wish it had a longer cord. Other than that it has worked out well.

My two small dogs took to the fountain pretty quickly, the cat not so much. I thought it was 3 gallons, but it is 3 liters. Just have to fill it up more often. The water stays fresh and cold.

I like this fountain better than the last one it replaced for a few main reasons:1. It has a good capacity (especially for 2 cats)2. It's stainless steel, so comes clean easierIt has somewhat quiet streams but the motor seems adequate with good pressure. Our cats have no problem using it, so it's a winner all around.

I often have an abundance of foster and rescue kitties and I was hoping a water fountain would encourage more drinking of my visitors. I have several indoor kitties and I see them seeking water from a wide variety of resources around the house, often a running faucet (they have large waterers available at all times). I stated with this unit because of it's very low cost when compared to so many on the market. It is stainless steel and dishwasher safe which is a plus. I also appreciate the window allowing me to see the water lvel without having to remove the top. I also like the large capacity water reservoir which is large enough to allow for adding a few ice cubes on the hottest days. The first thing I noticed was the moving water always looked fresher than any freestanding water source, no floating hair or food particles left by previous drinkers. Kittens and a few adults enjoy playing in the water, often batting at the stream, which isn't a problem because it is located on a concrete. I do wish it had a longer cord because I try not refrain from using extension cords on any appliance. I found the filters easy to locate on Amazon. The motor runs quiety in the "shelter" room but I would not have difficulty using it in living space, it is quiet and actually soothing, I am very satisfied with the Tomxcute cat waterer and recommend for anyone seeking an ecconomical version.

I really liked this when I first set it up. I thought it would be perfect for our 3 cats. It holds a good amount and the fountain works. I love the window showing how much water is left.2 of my three cats are fascinated with the fountain and play in it every day. If they just batted at the water I would be fine with putting a mat under the dish. Unfortunately they batt at it until they knock the top of and have even tipped the entire bowl over. I was cleaning up a huge mess multiple times a day before I just took the top off and started using the bowl by itself. The bowl holds a ton and I still use it. I dump and refill it every 2nd or 3rd day which is better than the last dish that needed refilled 2-3 times a day.
