The last time I used the burgundy one, it was the rave as how everyone did, "color bleeds a lot but stays long" and the No harmful substances is the cherry on top. This time, I chose black cherry and man, it's sad. Color came out looking more brown than cherry. Very dull brown. Also, there was a lot of hairfall which could've been managed if the color came out good since the grey coverage was what I aimed for. There was another issue. The developer leaked a bit inside the box (some 2-3 gm), maybe by the product manufacturing or during transit.

The hair colour claims for Grey coverage and yes it does cover grey hairline. The package also comes with shampoo and conditioner sachets application of which made the hair straight and nourished.

I did a patch test and unfortunately had an allergic reaction. This product is definitely not suitable for people with sensitive skin. Even though it claims to be free from ammonia, PPD, and resorcinol, it actually contains Toluene-2,5-diamine sulfate, a PPD derivative that can trigger serious allergic reactions. Please be cautious if you have any known sensitivities.
