The chairs were great and comfortable until one suddenly broke abruptly. It seems like a design malfunction of some sort. I reached out to the seller and never heard back.

This is such a great, minimalist chair for my office. I've always wanted a small chair to put in my office for times when I want to get out of my office chair and read a book or relax a bit. This chair is low-backed, with great lumbar support that makes it easy to sit in it normally, slouched a little, or with your legs over the back (or other odd positions everyone finds most comfortable). The swivel base is very solid, and doesn't sway or move around easily, only with intentional motion, so it works great in multiple positions in a room. The chair does come disassembled, BUT putting it together is literally a breeze with just 4 screws to install the base onto the chair itself. It literally took me longer to unpack the screws than to install them.The texture of the chair is very nice and almost fuzzy feeling while looking very minimalist with it's off-white color and medium-brown wood base. The one negative I will say, is that on the bottom of the wooden base there's 4 white plastic pieces that the chair actually sits on (so you can move it easily on the floor without scratching. These pieces are very white, and stand out on the bottom contrasted with the medium-brown base. They really should be brown or black to disguise them, but it's only a minor nitpick. My biggest problem is that my cat fell in love with it as soon as I unpacked it, and I have to fight him for sitting space!
