* Overall Impression:-This is an excellent value for 3 soft, dense, high quality makeup brushes that work well for foundation and concealer.-Note there are several variations in the listing, I’m reviewing the 170S + 270S + 3705 variation.* Pros-what I liked and what worked well:-Excellent value for the quantity of brushes and the quality.-Excellent quality, very nice brushes.-3 brushes included (in this variation).-1 foundation brush.-2 concealer brushes (1 medium, 1 small).-Very dense, soft bristles.-Work very well for foundation and concealer.-Work well with liquids, creams and can be used with powders as well.-Can also be used for cream and liquid blushes, highlighters, contour and bronzer.-All 3 brushes have a tapered angle as shown, this makes them work especially well in the contours of the face around the nose and under-eye area.-Sturdy metallic rose gold toned metal brush ferrules.-Full sizes brushes, not mini or travel sized. (The handles are full length, but on the shorter side of full length.)-Have a good grip and feel in the hand and are easy to hold and use.-Synthetic, vegan, cruelty free bristles.-Natural handle material.-Nicely finished in a smoothly finished pink tone on the handles.-Wash and dry well with no bristle shedding or running. (Tilt them downward during washing, use a gentle face wash like Cerave Foaming Cleanser and air dry on a towel.)-1 small mesh brush guard is included.* Cons-what I didn’t like and what didn’t work well:-There is a minimal odor to them that goes away very quickly upon airing them out. It doesn’t linger and is mild. If you’re sensitive to scents, just air them out and wash them and they should be fine.-The brush handles do have the brand logo printed on them, but it subtle and not that noticeable.-The brushes don’t have the intended use or a brush number printed on them.-No brush guide is included. You may want to save, print or refer to the listing pictures and details to understand the intended brush uses for each brush.* Tips & Thoughts:-While I wouldn’t consider them Artis brush dupes in the style, shape and density, if you like how Artis brushes apply foundation and concealer that almost blends itself, these are brushes you’ll likely enjoy. I’d compare them in quality and density (though not a true dupe in shape or brush handle) and feel to some of the Morphe foundation brushes that blend very well, especially the domed M439 Morphe foundation brush. If you like some of the denser Real Techniques brushes, especially the expert foundation brush, these are not a dupe (different shape, handles) but have a similar density in that they blend in a similar way. If you enjoy very dense brushes, kabuki, or Artis style that apply foundation, concealer, creams and liquids in a way that gives an airbrushed, almost self blended (minimal blending, no struggling) way, these are very nice.-I would use the largest one for foundation or under eye concealer, it works well for both. I do still prefer my Morphe M439 or Artis Oval 7 for foundation, but this one is great as well. I just enjoy this style and size for under eye concealer even more than foundation, though it works well for both.-The medium one is meant for under eye concealer and it works well for that but also spot concealing.-The smallest one is meant for smaller spot concealing such as on blemishes and smaller areas.-Note that no brush holder, brush cup or brush roll is included.-The handles are a bit on the thicker side in the circumference. They may not fit every brush holder or brush roll well due to this.

The soft but firm bristles on these three, pink brushes are perfect for applying both creams and powders. I use them for my pore minimized to liquid foundation to sooth, creamy blushes. With the right technique everything turns out very natural looking.

These brushes are really great for putting on makeup! They have different shapes that make it easy to put on foundation, concealer, and contour makeup. You can use them with liquid, cream, or powder makeup to make your face look nice and smooth. These brushes are perfect for blending and making your makeup look just right. They're a must-have for anyone who loves doing makeup and wants their face to look beautiful!

The bristles are dense and great for blending out makeup! Not great for application, but I didn't notice them actually absorbing (instead of blending), so I'm cool with that lol.

I love these brushes for spot concealing and adding powder under my eyes. It's the perfect side and density for those areas.

These cosmetic brushes seemed to be very well mad, they have wood handles that are pink. The bristles in the brushes are extremely soft to the touch and applyMakeup flawlessly. So far none of the bristles have come lose. I use the largest brush for applying foundation and the smaller two for applying eye shadow. The brushes work great for blending my eyeshadows.
