Awesome rub with no crap in it and has more essential oils than the other natural brands. Sadly the scent fades much faster than Vicks. If you want a vapor rub that lasts a long time(say overnight) this probably ain't the one. But if you don't mind reapplying a few times throughout the night or day and don't want any plastic-y goop on your baby then this is the one to get!
