I bought two types of this one-step oral test. I tried them both, and they are accurate. You just need to put it in your mouth to get enough saliva, and then the result will come up.

My son is drug free, but hes a teen so I randomly test him. This test came out positive for THC! I was so upset. He was telling me NO WAY. I had a more expensive saliva test so he took that one and it was negative. It covers a whole bunch of drugs. DONT BUY THIS!!!

Did the job! The saliva test is easy to use. It's convenient and accurate!

We tested our teen with this and a Urine test but unfortunately this did not give us a conclusion. It had a negative reading yet the urine test gave us a positive reading for thc

Don’t bother didn’t work

I decided on this test because it tests for cotinine. I have been on NRT for a couple of years and was looking for a way to see if it would trigger that on the test. The short answer is yes, replacement therapy will show a positing cotinine level according to this test. I like that it uses saliva over urine, so it is much less invasive. The only thing that I didn't like was the packaging, it appears that they purchased in bulk and stuffed everything into a plastic bag with no labeling. Yes, each test is individually wrapped, but I think that it looks sloppy and unprofessional. But if you just need something to test your levels, these work great.

I know it says urine only but you crunch pill then add water to pill then check on strip

I use the tests for a part of my hiring process and the tests have been accurate every time. The test are easy to use. You will need test cups as well to properly process the test. It only takes a few minutes to get accurate results.
