When it first arrive the package looked like it had been thrown around. Opened it up and half way through trying to assemble it (based off the Amazon pictures and not any kind of instruction guide that had been included) I realized there was a piece missing. Contacted the seller and it took over a month for them to even ship me the replacement part. Finally went to assemble it only to find out the hooks are far to shallow to even work for my bed.On top of all of that, the pieces were bent and warped and I had to hammer them so they somewhat worked. Also, the paint on the metal was chipped and gross.Overall, this product is trash and I would highly recommend not buying it, nor would I recommend buying from this seller either. Avoid the waste of money and time.

Sturdy and heavy duty. Just what I was looking for. If you're having a hard time as I was with finding bed rails with claws at the end and that has a good strong support layout and heavy duty metal, this is it.I'm very tall and weigh 300 pounds, my wife is 150lbs, and my 2 kids jump on the bed all the time. We've bent many bed rails. But this has withstood a a beating and is still rock solid because the metal brackets are thick, high quality metal and the support design is well engineered (2 legs right down the center with two connector bars at each leg. I highly suggest it.

Replaced bed frame with this bed frame. It very well served this purpose.

We had bought a Queen head and footboard with rails second hand, but when we got home, the rails were for a full size bed and way too short for our Queen mattress set.These hook rails with support were perfect. There were no directions, however so it took a minute to figure a few things out. But it didn’t take long.

The bed was very sturdy and served our needs well however, the frame was missing a key piece which could not be easily replaced or substituted. We complained to the distributor (who sold us the bed) and they gave us a reimbursement since they could not provide the missing piece.We contacted the actual company who makes the bed and they were able to provide us with the missing piece. It took forever but the bed is now properly repaired and it ended up not costing anything but time and slight aggravation.
