Be aware this is not a balun setOk the description does not specifically say it's a pair of baluns. But considering baluns require a pair to function I thought this was a paired set. Imagine my surprise when my 3 sets arrived and I had a set and a half. I'll grant that the description doesn't say a pair but in my opinion it'd be like buying chipsticks and receiving a single stick. Seller was very good about making things right, so no complaints in the end but the great price on these isn't quite as great when you actually consider it's half what you need to pay for the set.

These work great... Very simple and nice that they don't need power. The only issue I have with them is that they only sell these in singles. Not as a pair and personally I thought this was misleading. It seems since I purchased them they did change the info stating there's only one per purchase. You do however need two to work. It's still cheaper buying these then $50 baluns. The length I used was about 30' with little to no static with cat 5. I could see getting better results with cat6.
