Torx T6 and T8 Screwdriver Opening Tool Set for Xbox One/Xbox 360 Controller

I needed this set so I could properly take apart my limited edition controller. The right bumper had stopped working efficiently, and seeing as it's a limited edition, I didn't want to just throw it away and have to dish out on another £60. This cheap little set is so effective. It had all the right tools and components that I needed to get into my controller. I was able to remove the bumper pad and put it all back together after a clean - works good as new now. Definitely try this set before binning your faulty controller!

Bought this kit as the analoge stick on my xbox one controller was slightly off. All the tools allow you to open it up, I followed a YouTube video to help. Only thing I found was because the plastic on the controller is quite hard, the blue plastic tool did end up with getting bent and dented a bit, so not as durable as I hoped, hense the 4 stars.

When using this product, it was made apparent to me that the skrewdrivers aren't made of as nice of a marital as it could be.This was made obviously when one of the two torx drivers broke. But I'm sure this is a one time thing.A good thing about these is the fact that the torx drivers don't wear down quickly.Finally, the plastic separator and pry bar. The both work fine and get the job done.

When they arrived I laughed out loud! really?...this is going to undo the screws of my Ring doorbell????....but it did!.Haven't tried both but they are good for they are needed for. I recommend them if it's specialised screwdrivers you need. For anyone with a Ring door bell the T6 is the one you need.

Both are necessary for completely dismantling X-box controllers, it can't be done using ordinary screwdrivers, hex keys, etc. I managed to cannibalise 4 broken controllers to build two which worked OK, my Son was well pleased!

Brilliant little kit, my Sons controller broke it had something he called (drift) and he managed to fix it with this kit! I was so impressed and £2.99 is a lot better the £59.99 for a new controller!He's now gone on to fix his brother's and friends controllers too.It also arrived early. Very happy customer.

Bought this to open a Phantom 3 Standard drone so I could replace parts, it worked a treat and looks good quality. Only problem was the plastic prying tool broke but in fairness the clips are very difficult to release and for anyone else doing this I recommend a blunt knife instead to release the clips.

I bought this set for a planned Mac hard drive upgrade. The screwdrivers also come with some plastic prying tools - bonus! Good quality and more than adequate for the task in hand. I upgraded my hard drive and will keep them for future tasks. Cant complain for the low cost - I would recommend them.
