I cut the beard part to make sideburns for my husbands costume. It looked great!! He wore the sideburns and mustache and people thought it was his own real facial hair. It was also comfortable enough for him to wear the entire evening without falling off or being itchy.

Good beard for dress up! Easy to put on and legit.

Difficult to make stick to skin. I also tried double-sided tape but it hardly helped.

My thirteen year old son wanted to get something like this as a "Dress Like Your Dad" gag. The "03l-brown" 100% human hair is pretty accurately colored to blend with most light browns. We all got a kick out of how natural it looked. It comes in two pieces, the mustache and the beard. It looks nicely groomed and the mesh backing helps it blend well.EXCEPT ... It doesn't stick with the provided adhesive. I definitely recommend getting some Spirit Gum (and remover) to apply.

A bit itchy, but that's to be expected with something like this, so I didn't deduct a star. They look great. Got this set for my kid to be a variety of different anime characters. Most of them didn't have to be trimmed whatsoever.
