Love the Stars and Stripes!
I've been wanting to get these jars and I'm glad I did! I received 3 sets of 4 jars in their original packaging. Each set was also well wrapped in bubble wrap. Hopefully the seller will get the Sweatheart jars back in stock so I can purchase them.

Similar quality to the normal jars
Sometimes special decorative versions seem thinner/weaker than the normal product, but not with this. This is every bit of Ball quality, good or bad, that you should expect. 5 stars for a bit of brand integrity.

Nice for gifts
I got these to fill with pickles and such, to give out to friends. They are nice mason jars, with an abstracted American flag shaped into a star on the side. They are packed really well in the box so I didn't have any breakage during shipment. I do wish the flag were a little "clearer" because I was thinking to give them out at our July 4th party, but if you look at the jars closely, the star/flag is raised and visible, particularly after the jars are filled. They do make nice gifts. There were no problems with the jars during the canning process, so they seem like good quality, and I've had good luck with Ball in the past. They are the perfect size for pickles. They use the standard, regular mouth lids and bands, so it is no problem getting more lids/bands to continue using the jars for future batches of pickles or jam.

Fancy Stars-and-Stripes Design Jars Are Suitable for Gift-Giving
These BALL KEEPSAKE STARS AND STRIPES MASON JARS (Regular Mouth, 16-Ounce Pint Jars with Lids and Bands, 12 Count) are a good size for my 2-person household. The 16-oz. pint jars are great for canning tomato sauce when tomatoes are in season and available cheaply at local farmers’ markets.What sets these jars apart is the “stars and stripes” design molded into the glass on one side of the jar. The design makes the jars particularly suitable for gift-giving.The “fancy” stars and stripes jars cost more (about $18 on Amazon for 12 jars) than the standard, undecorated Ball jars (about $9 at my local Walmart for 12 jars). The jars are beautifully packaged for shipping, and all 12 jars arrived unbroken.
