I cut the excess portion, for which it had markings, and it actually makes my shoes more comfortable. Adjustable size. Quality seems great too, provides adequate support. Useful in usual life too i feel.

The insole provides good foot support. I have been using it in my office shoes, and the results are good. The quality of the memory foam is excellent—thick and comfortable. I’m not sure how effective it is for flat feet, but since I have an arched foot, I prefer a soft, thick insole with arch support. I experienced some discomfort because the insole is flat. If Frido added arch support to all their insoles, it would be more beneficial for people like me. Arch support is essential, as flat insoles can be slightly painful for those with arched feet.Size - is customise and you can cutout as per your need.

It is comfortable, lighter amongst the few options that we get in India for a rigid arch support of the right arch height. Thoroughly pleased with it. I am flat footed who is prone to shin splints. And this has been very helpful while running in my running shoes. No extra heating issues (the insole doesnt heat up after long runs). This is my second purchase. I had bought the same model last year as well. So, durability is not bad. So, no complaints! well done!

Disclaimer - I haven't used their semi-rigid insoles so can't do a fair comparison. These rigid ones work well for me. I have a flat foot. I have these Archfit shoes from Skechers that provide really nice arch support and I miss it as soon as I move to my other shoes. Hence this buy.They fit well in a size 12 shoes and have really rigid arch support. If you aren't used to - it may take a little getting used to. I went for the rigid version as I was worried that the other ones will flatten out gradually with use. This one uses a fairly strong material underneath, so it is unlikely that it will lose its shape. Cushioning is decent, as advertised.

Serves the purpose but if weight is more than 65 please go for rigid arch support
