I took up ukulele playing a year ago. I bought these to help develop strength and flexibility in the fingers of my left hand, especially in the little finger. They work! The three different resistance 'doughnuts' really helped, although the lowest resistance ones were too easy for me. The finger stretching bands have, I think, helped my finger span increase. It's harder to tell, since it was strength I focused on. Cheap and indestructible with normal usage by a human. I can't vouch for their longevity if a dog uses them as chew toys. They are comfortable to use and have effectively improved my grip strength. I would have liked an even stronger one instead of the weakest one, and I do not have big hands. They may disappoint a rock climber, but for me, they are perfect

Good for strength therapy if you have ever unfortunately broken your wrist. Once you are allowed to exercise it's good, it helps to build strength back up again.

Like the variety of firmness/strength of the different pieces. I am starting on the 'weakest'. I am trying to regain some grip strength in my hands and fingers - losing them through age. Well made, pleasing to hold/use.

I'm reasonably strong as I train in calisthenics and hace a physical job , however the fingers and wrists are often an oversight in training. Good mobility is essential to prevent injuries, especially in floor work and handstand training. I've used other brands before but they tend to be too light for my needs. These provide resistance from 20-70lbs for the flexion rings and between 7-10lbs for finger extensions. Bear in mind the finger bands can be moved toward or away from the wrist to alter the amount of leverage, making it easier or harder. The rings can also be used with less fingers too, so we effectively have equipment that's going to keep challenging us for years to come. If you don't train at all, I'd recommend starting with a lighter variety first before moving onto these. Overall a great product at a great price.

Good quality products and they give an excellent range of exercises. Very good value for money

Been getting some strength / vibrations issues in my wrists and hands due to taking motorbike riding back up. Guess to be expected at my age, lol. After some advice from a PT friend I bought these to help build back up some strength in my hands and wrists. Seems to be doing the job using them every other day or so (probably should use daily but life gets in the way). Comes with instructions and a nice carry bag for them. Can't fault the purchase at all.

I use these all the time and can tell a difference in my grip strength. They are easy to use,perfect size for my hands and fingers,they adjust to fit your fingers well,I use these everywhere I go. I got some other ones, but these are the best value for the money. They actually help your hands stay strong.
