Jan Van Haasteren 1599 The Playground 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

Ordered this for my Mom for Mothers day. She loves Jigsaws but really hates doing the sky so this was a perfect choice. It took her about three days to complete it and said it was really enjoyable - a challenge but a pleasurable one. The pieces are good quality board and fit together well - no wobbly joints. She also commented on the fact that there is so much going on that you discover as you slot the pieces into place. This will be one that she enjoys doing again and again.

Excellent puzzle, as always, so much detail that kept me busy for several evenings. Although I get distracted looking at all that things going on!

This was good fun. So many faces and things going on.

These puzzles are very colourful and not as easy as it looks the figures that are shown in it are very tiny and a lot of them so with our ages were retired we sometimes use a magnifying glass but they while away the hours especially in lockdown again. the pieces lock together well but these puzzles are not cheap.

I have a large collection of Jan van Haasteren jigsaws; they are all very amusing, filled with comic situations and no huge expanses of sky and trees. Every puzzle has a shark hidden in the picture. Well worth investing in for the jigsaw puzzle enthusiast young or old.

I have about 30 Jan van Haasteren jigsaw puzzles ranging in size from 1,000 pieces to 5,000. He is an amazing artist. These puzzles are so creative and comical and once you have done one, you will never want to do any other type of jigsaw puzzle again.

Mon fils (12 ans) et moi-même sommes habitués des puzzles 1000 pièces mais je dois dire que de celui-ci, nous ne sommes pas venu à bout!Il reste relativement difficile, tout ces petits personnages se ressemblant terriblement...

I ordered two Jan Van Hasteren puzzles at the same time, not realizing they were coming from two different places. The first one arrived within a week, but some of the pieces were bent and it was disappointing. And the quality of the printing was just okay. When the other one didn't arrive and I waited and still didn't arrive, I left message for the seller, was upset when I didn't get a response writhing 48 hours. But, I received the puzzle yesterday from Nederlands, if I would have read where the company was from, I would have saved myself a lot of frustration. But here is why I am so happy. The puzzle itself is made from really thick cardboard and beautifully printed, and no bent pieces, way better quality than the other faster delivered puzzle. So Thank you, I will order again, and be patiently waiting for the best quality puzzle I have purchased so far.
