My daughter is ADHD and has problems falling asleep. These glasses definitely help. She wears them a couple of hours before bed. They are also really cute. The glasses also fit me as I have a head the size of a peanut ;)

They were not exactly what I expected. Got them for my daughter but she didn’t seem to have a noticeable difference. They’re also a little smaller than I expected. Overall- decent. Would be better had it been more filtered
