Variety of pockets and holders to fill that take queue cards and song sheets easily but be careful of multipages as expandable storage is narrow at centre bottom.Hontom Document Organiser,13 Pockets Fireproof Expanding File Folder with Multi PocketsArrived in a plastic wrap with the folder label cards visible. The sturdiness of the folder can be seen that it can survive delivery and transportation with just a plastic wrap.The labels for the expanding storage section have alphabetic letters printed but also blank sections so you can create your own labelling if required.Opening up the folder and you are presented with the central pockets and holders which can take small cards, usb sticks easily. There is also a section for A4 at the back if other notes needed to be kept.The expanding storage section is behind a velcro clip and folds out easily. The only negative is that when it folds out you can see each section gets slightly wider...but when you put A4 notes in, the bottom section does not expand therefore can cause a slight mis-match between what you think you can store and what actually fits into the section.Can recommend this for storing song sheets for a choir and also small reminder cards in the front sections as easy to get to and easy to put sheets in and sit the folder on the floor. Whilst not testing the fireproof claims, can say it works after sitting on bench and falling on the floor a few times that its still working well and keeping the A4 notes\sheets clean.

Having just gone through all our household documents this was perfect to keep everything organised. The inside has pockets and zip etc and is fireproof.

This is a really solid document holder. The materials are of high quality, giving the item a feeling of sturdiness and durability. There are plenty of compartments to accommodate various types of documents, making it very versatile and functional.I haven't tested it personally but the material appears to be fireproof, which adds an extra layer of security for important documents. The numerous pockets are well-designed and allow for efficient organization. Highly recommended for its quality and design.

I have to admit I haven't tried to set fire to this, so can't comment on its fireproofness, but I can comment on how it is useful for my documents.I keep getting into a situation where I am putting things like my ID in a random plastic wallet and leaving it there forever, with this I can at least remember everything is in one place.There is plenty of pockets for things for me and I was able to use the space well. Price wise, yes it's an expensive holder but it's that peace of mind that say something does happen to the house, there is half a chance this may survive and you aren't going to have to reapply for everything again.It is on the large side, so I use it a storage medium, I wouldn't use it to carry it around. Get a briefcase for that?!

The media could not be loaded. I’m self employed so I was looking for something to keep all my documents & receipts. This fits the bill perfectly.Has lots of compartments & pockets and a-z expanding folder.Well worth the money

You can grab in an emergency, fire, flood, hurricane, anything will help you sleep better! It did and does for me! 10 stars!!!!

Does the job but doesn’t zip well if it’s full of documents

This item helps with organization of paper work and receipt. Only negative is looks different in person as far as material

It's bigger than I thought, it'll barely fit in a backpack but it has plenty of storage pockets. I wish it had more than one pen strap though.Overall, good product.
