Great supplement
Great way to lower your cholesterol naturally. The supplements are easy to take. Not to big and goes down very easy.

Bought for my wife.
She will read something on the Internet, and she's off on some crazy health-food kick. We bought these for her, she took them for a while and was off in a new direction before they were used up. She seemed to think they helped lower her cholesterol, but she doesn't still take them so the benefit wasn't long lasting.

These are too powerful for me upset my GI
These work as I expected but I open the cap and shake out about 1/3 of cap otherwise it upsets my GI system. My research says you have great results with a smaller dose so I just shake out about 1/3 of a cap (on a piece of salami) and make it a little human treat. Making each cap into 3 doses makes this a good price. I do keto dieting and noticed taking this helps with keto flu.

good resluts ?
trying this brand because the one I usually take is unavailable right now. this brand has a bit more mgs. and might have better results or at least keep my numbers stable. had great results with guggul recently, brought down cholesterol 40 points, ldl as well. giving it 3 stars now, haven't taken for long, looking forward to giving a 5 star review soon. this price is less expensive than my usual brand too.

Works and has safe gelatin capsule
I bought this because of excess bile acid production, and it definitely helps. A lot.I like the *gelatin* capsule because I seem to have become intolerant of carboxymethyl cellulose and/or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, now almost ubiquitous as capsule material in the supplement business.

** BUYER BEWARE **
** BUYER BEWARE **Quality highly questionable. This Carlyle Guggul Extract likely is under-dosed or missing active ingredient. They claim it is lab tested, but all evidence points to it NOT being lab tested. Lab test is an apparent false claim.I have experienced major quality issues with Carlyle (who is also Horbaach) previously. For example, they claim all their products are lab tested for quality and purity. Sounds good, right? So I'll just request the lab test COA for this product to make sure everything is on the up and up. I should note, there are NO reputable supplement companies today that refuse to provide COAs upon request. It's very standard practice these days in the supplement industry and I actually have a folder on my PC of literally hundreds of them from dozens and dozens of supplement companies. So to continue, I had contacted them with the request for a COA. I received a reply in less than 24 hours, but it wasn't good. They refused to supply a COA for their product. When asked why, they claimed it contained confidential info about their supplier. Okay, no problem. I replied and told them I'm perfectly fine with them redacting any and all confidential supplier info - I just need to see the *actual analysis data* on the product material. It's a more than fair compromise and other companies have done this with no issue at all. But they wrote back and STILL refused to provide any COA, despite the fact they could redact *anything* they wanted, which completely resolves their original reason for not providing it. But nope ... they outright refused to provide any data from the COA, or any evidence of lab testing at all, utterly refusing to *even slightly* stand behind their product. Can't have accountability now, can we.So with that, Carlyle utterly refuses to stand behind their products at all. Instead, they just say "trust us" and expect every gullible customer so go along with it. Without verifiable lab analysis as evidence that the label claims what is says, this Guggul Extract supplement from Carlyle may in fact *not* contain ANY detectable Guggul at all. After all, how would we know? Are we to just blindly trust a company who spurns substantiating their claims? Especially a company like Carlyle who is clearly repulsed by the idea of transparency and hides behind charlatan "trust us" language. Just like the man selling his magic tonic out of his truck 100 years ago, the snake oil salesman's favorite phrase is, "Trust me, it's good." And NOW you know why their prices are so low.So I not only advise, but I beg you for the sake of your health, to AVOID this Guggul supplement--and ANY other supplement--from Carlyle (aka Horbaach) supplements for now. Stay away from The Carlyle Group altogether, no matter what new brand name they come up with next. Spread this info far and wide, with family, friends, social media, etc. *If* it's really as bad as it seems, this would be nothing short of supplement FRAUD and could even harm you if something is in them that we don't know about. We need responsible, trustworthy supplement companies who embrace transparency and are willing to lab test their supplements, not big *private equity firms* (yes, you read that right) like The Carlyle Group looking to make a quick buck fleecing people in the supplement industry.
