Works well for my husband. Cost effective only needing 1 pill a day over 3 or 4, No complaints about taste or smell. My husband is definitely sleeping better not needing to get up as often through the night. Which has increased his sleep which helps both of us to feel better in the mornings. He has not noticed any change in his blood pressure with these, (not that he monitors it closely).

I like them. They keep my prostate open. I take 3 a day at 73 years old. Been using saw palmetto for about 15 years and if I miss a day I can definitely tell the difference. Better than prescription drugs with all those side effects....
